The P795 precision hand-held thermometer is a 2-channel instrument that uses Pt100 sensors. It has a resolution of 0.001°C with a system accuracy of ± 0,015K (instrument + probe). Both measuring channels can be easily seen on the large LCD display.

Multiple precision calibrated PT100 "Smart Probe" options are available. These “Smart Probes” get automatically detected by the device. This design feature is due to the EEPROM located inside the probe connector. Simply connect the probe and when the meter is powered on the calibration coefficients are automatically downloaded into the meter’s memory.

The P795 has a data logging capability of about 6,000 measurements. The integrated calibration function (according to EN60751) allows up to 20 points of linearisation over the working temperature range. This function is password protected to prevent tampering.

A USB interface allows for easy download of stored data. The optional software provides the capability to carry out real time recording of data apart from data analysis features.
